This charming semi-detached house provides everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Located near a pine forest, it offers privacy and a relaxing atmosphere.
Casa Ada, on the ground floor of the house, features a spacious and comfortable living room, perfect for relaxation after a day spent on the beach and in the sun. The dining room is ideal for family meals and gatherings, while the fully equipped kitchen is ready for preparing delicious meals. The ground floor also includes a bathroom for added convenience.
The house's courtyard is a true relaxation oasis. The covered terrace is equipped with seating furniture for enjoying the fresh air, while the sun loungers are perfect for soaking up the sun's rays. The outdoor fireplace is ideal for grilling and cooking. The private parking with two parking spaces ensures the safety of your vehicles.
On the house's upper floor, there are two comfortable and modernly furnished bedrooms that provide a peaceful sleep, along with a modern and functional bathroom equipped with all necessary amenities.

Note: In the front part of the property, there is an apartment that is completely separated from the house. The apartment is occupied by the owner of the house, an elderly gentleman, who guarantees guests complete privacy. The access to the house is shared, while the back part of the property with the covered terrace, sun loungers, and barbecue is completely private and available exclusively to Casa Ada guests.
Groups of young people under the age of 26 are not allowed.
